Meet the B&K Team

Admitted to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. Kelly attended Marshall University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing, Michigan. Kelly was the founding attorney for the law firm of Kelly D. Hupp & Associates, PA. (“KDH”). KDH was a unique and innovative law firm which provided title search and certification services for many of the leading lending institutions, national title insurance underwriters and title vendors in the country. The primary focus of Kelly’s practice is Residential Real Estate Transactions, Title Curative, REO Transactions, and Loss Mitigation. Kelly is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, North Carolina Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, and the West Virginia Bar.

Admitted to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. Jaime attended Indiana University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing, Michigan. Jaime was the founding attorney and senior managing attorney for the law firm of Morris Hardwick Schneider, PLLC operations in the state of North Carolina. The primary focus of Jaime’s practice is Residential Real Estate Transactions, Title Curative, REO Transactions, and Loss Mitigation. Jaime is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Real Property Counsel, North Carolina Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, American Land Title Association, and the National REO Brokers Association.

David attended Illinois State University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1989. He worked for a couple of leading accounting and financial institutions as an auditor, credit analyst and account executive in Chicago and Charlotte before joining the former law firm of Kelly D. Hupp & Associates, P.A. in 2004. Dave manages all accounts receivable, accounts payable and trust account transactions for Brady & Kosofsky.

Warren brings 7 years of direct Mortgage Technology experience on top of 20+ years of business management and process improvement. Since 1997 Warren has been deeply involved in leveraging technology to enable businesses to reach wider demographics, allowing greater efficiencies, improved process automation, and creating rapid business integrations. Having served within the Mortgage vertical as E-commerce Architect for national firms such as Old Republic Title, Title Source and Quicken Loans Warren has gained valuable insight into how technology can be manipulated to increase productivity and service quality. Warren manages all aspects of technology, automation, product development, standards compliance and business to business integration for Brady & Kosofsky.

Cassandra attended North Carolina Central University before beginning her 14 year career in the legal industry. Cassandra began her REO and Default work as a Bankruptcy paralegal for a local law firm in Charlotte North Carolina. In 2005 Cassandra became an REO closing specialist for a nationally recognized REO and Default law firm. Cassandra is one of the founding employees of the Brady & Kosofsky, REO department, and is responsible for the Seller representation duties on all of our REO matters. Cassandra has worked with attorney Jaime Kosofsky since 2005.

Jonathan attended University of North Carolina in Charlotte before beginning his 5 year career in the legal industry. Jonathan began his Residential Real Estate, REO and Default work as a title technician for a nationally recognized REO and Default law firm. Jonathan is one of the founding employees of the Brady & Kosofsky, Residential Real Estate and REO department, and is responsible for the closing and pre-closing duties on all closing transaction which occur in the firm. Cassandra has worked with attorney Jaime Kosofsky since 2005.

Lead Title Division Paralegal / Certified Paralegal - Elizabeth attended University of North Carolina in Greensboro before beginning her 12 year career in the title, appraisal and legal industry. Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1994 and became a Certified Paralegal in 1996. Elizabeth began her career as coordinator for a nationally recognized title search and appraisal reporting company. Elizabeth joined attorney Kelly Brady as a title paralegal in 2001 and is one of the founding employees of Brady & Kosofsky. Elizabeth is responsible for placing and tracking title orders, reviewing and reporting status of title directly to the Firm’s attorneys for certification and reporting to our clients.

Jason attended Mary Washington College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2002 before beginning his 5 year career in the title and legal industry. Jason joined attorney Kelly Brady as a title paralegal in the spring of 2007 and is one of the founding employees of Brady & Kosofsky. Jason is responsible for placing and tracking foreclosure and REO title orders, reviewing and reporting status of title directly to the Firm’s attorneys for certification and reporting to our clients.
