We are EXCITED to announce the merger of the law practices of Kelly Hupp Brady and Jaime A. Kosofsky to form Brady & Kosofsky, PA, “B&K”.
Kelly and Jaime attended law school together in Michigan and graduated in 1997. After moving to the Charlotte area both obtained licenses to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina. Since 1998, Kelly has provided Title Research and Certification services throughout the Carolinas to various local and national lenders, title companies and law firms. Jaime has provided Residential, Default and REO title and closing services for numerous realtors, brokers, default servicing companies and asset managers since 2001.
Kelly and Jaime have combined their staff, experience and technology to create a boutique Real Estate Title, Closing and REO Firm servicing the Carolinas.
