B&K has developed certain search guidelines that each paralegal must follow while performing title research under our attorney’s direct supervision.

General forms that apply to both states are located under the heading “All States.” Please note that for all title research performed for B&K, you must use one of B&K’s title summary sheets unless you have received prior consent to use your own form.
