Kelly Hupp Brady is co-founder, managing attorney and chief executive officer at Brady & Kosofsky. With more than 25 years in the real estate law industry, Kelly is responsible for firm operations and community outreach. Kelly’s areas of practice include residential real estate transactions, title curative, commercial property research, REO transactions, loss mitigation and default services.
In addition to multiple community activities, Kelly is a member of the North Carolina and South Carolina State Bars, the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association and The Twelfth Floor Group. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
